Divisions

Divisions exist to facilitate competition on a local and regional level. Divisions are the backbone of AFL competition and are responsible for the vast majority of the activity in the AFL. If you are interested in forming a new division, please contact us.

Central Virginia Division
(includes clubs and members in the central Virginia counties of Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, and Chesterfield, as well as the cities of Richmond and Petersburg)

Divisional Championships: TBA

Pacific Northwest Division
(includes clubs and members in Oregon, Washington, and the northern California counties of Del Norte, Humboldt, Trinity, Siskiyou, Shasta, Lassen, and Modoc)

Divisional Championships:
May 31-June 1 in Salem, Oregon

National Division
(includes clubs and members who are not in an established division)

Divisional Championships:

All NatDiv members are invited to enter the National Championships in Ashland, Virginia on July 19-20. NatDiv members will be entered as wildcard entries. If more NatDiv members enter a particular event than are qualified to do so, a preliminary round will be held to winnow the field; if less than the maximum number enter, all NatDiv entrants will be automatically qualified.
